Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping (€12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Available for all orders

2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Available for orders €50 and above

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

General Conditions

  • You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged (see exceptions below)

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are considered made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Wooden garden sheds over 20 m² (Abris de jardin en bois de plus de 20 m²)
  • Wooden garages (Garage bois)
  • Metal garages (Garage métal)

Return or Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit a Request

Step 2: Approval & Instructions

Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours with:

  • Confirmation of your request approval
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions

Step 3: Return the Product

Once approved:

  1. Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging
  2. Include all accessories and documents
  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Step 4: Processing

Upon receiving your return:

  • We will inspect the product within 3 business days
  • We will email you about the status of your request
  • For approved returns, we will initiate your refund or exchange

Refunds

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Timing: Processing may take up to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Amount: You will be refunded the product purchase price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

  • If the new product costs more, you will be charged the difference
  • If the new product costs less, we will refund the difference
  • Shipping fees for the replacement item are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error
